What happens after a claim is filed?

LeBaron & Carroll reviews the information provided by you or a third party to begin filing a claim, and will contact you with any questions or additional information needed.

- Our Agency provides your claim information to the insurance carrier so they may begin processing your claim.

- A representative (claims adjustor) from the insurance carrier will contact you directly to go over the details of your claim and let you know if any additional information may be needed.

- The claims adjustor will keep you up to date regarding the progress and outcome of your claim.  If at any time you need assistance from our Agency regarding a claims service issue or question, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to ensure your claim is handled efficiently and fairly.
