 Pat Bernett Pat Bernett is a valued member of our personal insurance department. She is our employee of the month because Pat is truly a team player. She consistently goes above and beyond for her co-workers. She constantly changes her schedule to accommodate the department. For that reason she is often nominated for our Golden Eagle Award. Pat has been employed with LeBaron & Carroll for almost NINE years and has proven to be a great asset to LeBaron & Carroll as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent.
