Our process consists of a 3-step progression:

During this stage we review areas of potential risk or improved profitability, and determine how well you are currently managing those key drivers.
 
2.  M Power Report

Our Agency provides a report to our clients to review their current condition, and present the most impactful areas we can focus on for the current year to help improve your safety, profitability and overall company performance.
 
3.  M Power Action Plan

Our Agency and Clients move forward in this stage to implement the proactive strategies we discover throughout our process, and set forth a calendar of events and the resources needed to administer and continue the plan throughout the year.
